    Q3 was the quarter wholesale finally worked. We signed 14 new café accounts — including our first regional chain — and wholesale is now 38% of revenue, up from 22% in Q2. The roastery ran at 81% capacity in September without a single missed roast day.

    What we got wrong

    The 5lb food-service bags are priced too aggressively — margins sit at 51–54% against our 55% floor. We're repricing in November; two of our largest accounts have already agreed in principle. I'd rather have this conversation now than discover it in Q1.

    Honest about margins, clear about the fix. That's the update I want to read.

    What is Trove?

    What can I build with it?

    Word documents, Excel workbooks, PowerPoint decks, runnable code, research write-ups, and agents with their own brief and history. Team workspaces add shared projects and invitations.

    Do I need an account?

    Explore Trove without one — the examples, templates, and feature pages are all public. Create a free account when you're ready to start building and save your work; generating, saving, and exporting need an account.

    How do credits work?

    Credits measure AI generation only. A short answer costs less than a long document or multi-step build. Opening, editing, and exporting saved work does not use credits. Free includes 200 credits a month.

    Can I export real files?

    Yes. When you need work outside Trove, you can export genuine .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, and project archives. Inside the product, work stays editable in the same project.

    Can I create Tros?

    Yes. Each Tro is a specialist mascot with its own brief, chat page, and saved history. Hire researchers, engineers, designers and writers — then put them on multi-step tasks and work from their outputs.

    Can I cancel anytime?

    The free plan needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel. Paid plans are monthly or yearly through the billing provider you used at checkout.
